- How to start: Adults book a free Orientation, then enroll in the 5-Week Beginner Course (gi included). Kids start with a free intro class.
- Pricing: Memberships start around 3,5 million/month with month-to-month, 6-month, or 12-month options. No sign-up fee. 10% discount for students, first responders, and law enforcement.
- Schedule: Classes 6 days a week, gi and no-gi, 8 AM to 8:45 PM, plus a free Saturday Open Mat every week.
- Coaching: Founded by former Vietnam LION Championship World Champion and multiple IBJJF tournaments winner Felipe Negochadle.

Yes. New Ground Ho Chi Minh has free on-site parking for motorbikes at office tower where it is located. Cars can park freely outside. The lot is shared with other businesses in the building but rarely fills up, even during peak evening classes (5:30 PM and 6:30 PM). There's no time limit, no parking fee.
It is a structured 10-class introduction to jiu-jitsu, tried and tested by our coaching team and refined over thousands of hours of training. It compresses the foundational positions and submissions into five weeks, and you start alongside other beginners. A new course starts every 2 to 4 weeks.
Absolutely. The Beginner Course is built for true beginners—no experience, no fitness level, no age requirement. Just show up, and we'll handle the rest.
Worried about being thrown into the deep end on day one? Don't be. We don't do live free sparring until you're ready. Instead, you'll start with carefully guided positional drills—think of it as learning a single move, in a single situation, with a partner who's there to help, not hurt. It's controlled, it's low-pressure, and it scales up with you. No wolves. No chaos. Just smart, steady progress.
Yes. Kids ages 4 to 14 train at New Ground, with classes six days a week. The kids program runs on age-appropriate, game-based curriculum with a heavy focus on safety, respect, self-control, and anti-bullying skills. New families get a free trial class and a free intro class with one of our most experienced instructors.
